How come with some people you can see the effect of working out in weeks, while other people can train a year and you barely notice any difference?-fast skinny fat
I’d say diet is probably the difference. I wasted two years in the gym while eating healthy food but not enough calories. Over the past 6 months I have gotten very serious and track everything I eat and make sure I get enough calories everyday. I’ve added far more muscle and my lifts are much much higher then they ever were at any point in those 2 years. I think back then my heavy squat was 180, my warmup set it heavier then that now. I have muscle touching muscle like inner thighs and my back and tris rub too. That’s something I never had in two years.
Though another big difference is back then line so many beginners I didn’t care to much about legs. Now I love leg day more than arm day. I wish I could squat everyday.
